Very strange weather triggers tornados

In a very unusual display of weather in Costa Rica, tornados formed and ripped up roofs and sent zinc ripping through the air!

This unfortunate event affected poorer areas of Costa Rica left many people without a roof over their head.

Tornados are rare in Costa Rica and almost never seen in San Jose. Even when they occur they are small and cause minimal damage.
