This house is frame stucco construction (best for countries with a history for earthquakes) plumbing with P traps on every drain and system vented out the roof. Electric wiring is #12 Romexthroughout the house with plugs and switches consistant with Calif code. 110 and 220 in place. Walls and ceilings are insulated with fiberglass. Smoke detectors in every area of the house.

Well with aprox 5000 gal of storage and a 120 m2 of bodega. Landscaped with fruit trees, flowers and lawn.

Hundreds of varieties of birds including Toucans, Parakeets, Bobo's, animals of all descriptions. We are about a quarter mile from the Rio Grande river and receive a lovely breeze every afternoon in the summer.

We are 10 minutes from Atenas, 15 minutes from Alajuela, and 15 mins from the air port. Our closest neighbor is about a block away. The house has an abundance of exotic woods and hand carving and lath work is in evidence in many locations.

The flooring is 50% ceramic tile from Spain, and 50% carpet from Georgia.

We have a mezzanine, pantry, sunken livingroom, large double doored entrance. European demand hot water system. The kitchen is just like the States with custom cabinets and all builtins.

The Master Suite is aprox 600 sq/ft, bedroom 24'x24' walk in closet delux bath with jaccuzzi, double sink lavatory, linen closet, custom cabinets cosmetic setee with two immense custom made mirrors with hollywood globes surrounding them.
