Farm in Tilaran, Guanacaste

R/1-WANT TO BE A MINER OR FARMER? This finca/farm is divided into 3 portions. One is for the milking operation which consists of 80 cows, milking barn and all the equipment, plus the cooler to keep the milk cold. Dos Pinos pays the owners currently $2,100 per day for the milk. The farm has all the permits and licenses to operate a Dairy Farm. Due to the contract with Dos Pinos the owner receives a 12% discount on medicines, and materials.
On the farm there are 50 head of cattle for beef. They are currently in their 4th year. They go to market in the 5th year. 1/3 portion of the land is for growing grass for the cows, this supplements the food they purchase. The last 3rd is reseavered for the Gold Mine. It was a full working mine at the time they pulled out $25 million in gold. There was a gold mining company out of California that ran the mine. The owners of the land received a share from all product produced. At the moment they are not working the mine. There is a large building for extracting the mineral from the rock. All the documents will be provided during escrow.
